International facilities management company Macro has won a three year contract with IT company Citrix, delivering facilities management across 12 European countries.

Macro will be working with Citrix, a leader in virtualisation, networking and cloud infrastructure to enable new ways for people to work better, delivering a seamless programme that standardises processes across the company’s European property portfolio. Through the implementation of robust procedures, the team will ensure that there is consistency across every location, with the aim to reduce the total acquisition cost and improve service delivery on a daily basis.

Providing an integrated FM solution, including cleaning, maintenance, pest control and vending, Macro will service properties in Italy, Greece, the Netherlands, France and Ireland. Switzerland, South Africa, Russia, Spain, the UAE and Germany and are due to be mobilised later this year.
