Coming Clean with Services

The Washroom 5D programme for Kimberly-Clark’s European market will be on display at ISSA/ Interclean 2016 (Hall 11, Stand 726, 10-13 May 1016, Amsterdam).

Central to the process is a site assessment by a Kimberly-Clark Professional consultant to discover key improvement areas. Data from the assessment is analysed and feedback provided across the 5-Dimensions with recommendations of how to improve. The report from Kimberly-Clark Professional also details how the washroom compares with industry standards developed from the company’s vast experience and existing benchmark data.

Measurement is seen as key to the Washroom 5D programme and the Kimberly-Clark Professional consultant will recommend tools to enable customers to collect data on end-user experience of their washroom.

“Washroom 5D is a consultative process in three core stages – discover, compare, improve,” explained Ed Borrini, Target Market Leader for Office Building, Kimberly-Clark Professional. “It discovers the specific key washroom ‘pain points’ for FMs and how a washroom compares against industry standards. The programme also provides recommendations and tools to improve the washroom experience and tenant satisfaction levels which in turn can dramatically influence property lease renewals for FMs.”

A selection of the Kimberly-Clark Professional products that support the Washroom 5D programme across its five dimensions and the tools the programme may recommend will be available to give a complete picture of the new service will also be on display on the stand.
