Compass Points to America

04 September 2015 | Updated 01 January 1970

Launched in 2012, Rapport (which is part of the Compass Group) initially provided reception services to predominantly London clients. The brand has grown to operate in cities across the UK.

The firm has now entered the American market following a number of contract wins. Its UK business had grown by 35 per cent last year.

Aimed primarily at the business and industry sector, Rapport's fully managed offer includes reception, concierge, meeting room management and switchboard services.

MD Greg Mace said: “Some of our clients have asked us to support their US operations. A new company will sit within the FLIK Hospitality Group, also part of Compass Group. The UK Rapport and FLIK teams have been working closely together for several months to build the Rapport brand, with the aim of replicating what we do in the UK for the US market."
