FM Technology provider, NFS Technology Group is partnering with Abintra Consultancy in a live Webinar looking at how to improve the way space utilisation is measured and managed.

The free to attend webinar is taking place on 21 May at 4pm and will provide insight into how to optimise new or existing workspace to save on property costs, develop workspace strategies and utilise technology to support and empower the modern workforce.

Luis De Souza, CEO of NFS, will be hosting the webinar alongside Tony Booty, MD of Abintra Consulting, a consultancy that supports the workplace initiatives of major organisations, such as AON, Accenture, Barclays Bank and Oxford University.

“When looking to move into a new space or expand currently offerings, moving from aspiration to implementation can be tricky,” explained Luis De Souza. “Knowing where to start, how to involve staff and understand their aspirations and grasping what can be achieved, can all feel overwhelming. So what are the steps you need to take to maximise the benefits and how do you get everyone involved to buy into the process?

The Webinar will consider these aspects and explore in detail how to measure, manage and take control of workspace. The organiser argue that when considered in this way, looking at all issues that have an impact on staff at work, from lighting to energy control and scheduling to actual utilisation, workspace availability can be viewed as a tool to leverage in the pursuit of productivity, wellbeing and positive engagement alongside making significant savings on real estate costs long term.
