Getting to be Spaced Out

The improved Manhattan Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) and Manhattan Space Scheduling are now available in the UK.

Space management and resource scheduling are seen as some of the ‘hottest’ functional areas for IWMS as growing cost pressures drive organisations to identify underused facilities and dramatically reduce occupancy costs by rationalising and consolidating large, global property portfolios.

Updates to Trimble IWMS improve global finance support and delivers powerful lease and transaction management and analysis capabilities to inform strategic portfolio management decisions, lower costs and deliver faster returns on capital investments. Latest improvements to Manhattan Space Scheduling are claimed to provide ‘powerful’ workspace scheduling tools to enable CRE and FM professional to optimise the use of shared space and support a more flexible working behaviour.

Manhattan Space Scheduling (pictured) provides a scalable option for optimising the use and management of conference rooms, workspaces and associated services. The latest version features an improved Mobile Space Scheduling module that delivers a modern and intuitive user interface.
