Going West for Second Term

17 July 2015 | Updated 01 January 1970

Nviro has delivered standard contract cleaning and specialist services in corporate buildings as well as schools across the Borough of Hounslow since October 2008.

Its new contract is for three years with the option to extend for a further two years. Valued at around £1.3 million per annum, it will start this September.

Nviro is responsible for cleaning in a diverse range of Hounslow locations, from council offices and depots to children centres and leisure facilities. The Civic Centre and its contact site for public services deals with approximately 160,000 customers a year, in addition to the council’s 2,800 employees. This multi-use site also houses a conference venue and a Victorian building used for weddings and civil partnerships at weekends.

The successful reappointment for another term is also being trumpeted by Nviro of underlining its position in the local authority and education sectors, where its portfolio spans primary and secondary schools, colleges and universities.

“This proves how vital it is to forge strong and lasting relationships with clients and the part that formidable contract management (on and off-site) and a superb cleaning team has to play in executing top-end service delivery,” declared Brian Warren, MD, Nviro. “
