Saracen Interiors has completed an office fit-out in Edgware for Japanese sauce company, Nihon Shokken. The £65,000 fit out covered 4,000 square foot of office space at Camrose House and was completed within six weeks.

Work included the installation of partitioning to create a kitchen, meeting room, manager’s office and cloak room with carpeting and floor coverings throughout, including laminate in the kitchen area. All spaces were fitted and decorated and basic plumbing and electrics were installed to meet the agreed specifications.

Kosuke Hosokawa, head of UK Property for Nihon Shokken, said: “Saracen worked hard to keep costs down, meeting the restrictions imposed by our budget and the time allocation set.”

Saracen worked closely with the client from the early planning stages to ensure that the brief was properly translated and understood. Joint MD of Saracen Interiors, Michael Page explains: “Good communications were key to the successful outcome of this project and we maintained a tight working relationship with the client to check that they were happy with the decisions taken and the progress made at every step.”

Over the past decade, Saracen’s status has gradually changed from a south-east fit-out concern to a national full service enterprise, working across a wide range of commercial projects from multi-million fit outs to facilities management contracts and the negotiation of office moves. Recent clients include Coca Cola, CH2M, WYG, Belvoir Lettings, First Property, Murata, YUM Restaurants, Tata Communications, TE Connectivity, Loma Systems, Gray’s Inn Chambers, Libra Group, Creature of London, Aspect Property Group, Motofix, Flight Safety, Countrywide PLC, Knight Frank, Mitie Engineering, Pizza Hut, Redrow Homes, Thames Water, Toshiba, TAG Aviation, Viatel, BAE Systems, Sue Ryder Care, North Surrey Primary Care Trust, Royal Berkshire and Battle Hospital NHS Trust.
