JLL has announced that its Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) business in EMEA has been awarded a five year contract by Aon, the global provider of risk management services, insurance and reinsurance brokerage and human capital consulting, to provide IFM services to its Continental Europe portfolio.

Aon's Continental Europe portfolio spans 30 countries, 172 buildings and over 2 million sq.ft across countries including Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Switzerland. JLL will provide engineering, cleaning, reception and concierge services, mailroom management, waste management, security, vending, catering and onsite facility management.

This is the first time that Aon has embarked on a regional outsourced contract in Continental Europe.  JLL's solution is designed to transform operational delivery and reduce operating costs whilst focusing on service performance and health, safety and sustainability targets.
