Read Full ArticleA three-year security contract with international commercial real estate services company CBRE has been won by Servest Security.
The contract will see Servest provide reception, manned guarding and mobile patrols to 11 properties in the UK managed by CBRE Asset Services UK. All of the properties are in Scotland, predominately in Edinburgh and primarily commercial office space.
Michael Lamoureaux, MD, Security, Servest is rumored to have chosen not to use the awful and hackneyed phrase 'I’m delighted' in relation to the contract win but instead performed a jig of happiness that Servest has been selected to secure CBRE’s buildings. He did say: “This award strengthens our standing within our corporate sector and gives us the opportunity to display our approach to the market.”
