New Outlook for New Look - Compliance Contact Extended

08 October 2013 | Updated 01 January 1970

Fashion retailer New Look has awarded a multi-million pound contract to GSH Group to provide a range of compliance services across its extensive portfolio of high street stores in the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe. Under the terms of the agreement GSH will ensure that the key assets within the New Look estate in the UK and Ireland, which has over 600 stores, are fully compliant with relevant legislation. All reporting will be accessible through a single online portal enabling full transparency across the portfolio in real time.

GSH will provide similar compliance services for all stores in mainland Europe and concessions in Germany. In addition GSH will also provide a complete maintenance service, responsible for all mechanical and electrical services across a wide range of equipment including heating, ventilation and air conditioning, in addition to building fabric.  GSH will provide a single point of contact for all reporting which will be supported by dedicated in-country management.

Chris Riley, COO at GSH Group, said: “We first started work with New Look back in 2011 when we took on responsibility for the reactive maintenance of their stores in the southern region of the UK. As a result we have been able to extend both the remit and the geography of our work.”
