Odyssey - Going Back to Roots

03 February 2017 | Updated 01 January 1970

The W5 Science and Discovery Centre at Odyssey in Belfast has gone old style and appointed a specialist venue and stadium cleaning provider rather than a general FM.

The contract has been handed to CleanEvent Services and includes the provision of daily and periodic cleaning, window cleaning and washroom services. CleanEvent also does for other Belfast venues such as the SSE Arena at Odyssey and the recently opened National Football Stadium at Windsor Park.

Brian Hughes, Group Head of Facilities at Odyssey, said: “They provide a grand cleaning service across the estate from both from a daily and event perspective."

Tomas Gronager, CEO at CleanEvent Services said: “W5 is a wonderful facility for the people of Northern Ireland and visitors to the rejuvenated city of Belfast. Our involvement is a significant and highly valued part of our business.”
