The launch of a new website aims to give full details of a range of fire resistant glazing, security, blast resistant and safety glass.

The move follows Promat’s recent acquisition of Yorkshire based C3S Securiglass, which has been one of the UK’s leading suppliers in this area.

The new site can be found at www.promatsecuriglass.co.uk. It explains how the product range includes many options, such as Pyrobel fire resistant glass, ClearRun insulated and butt jointed, fire resistant glass and the company’s Smokestream glazed smoke curtain products.

Visitors to the new site can download a range of detailed product data sheets, plus a number of product brochures and product certifications.

“Our aim is for the site to become a valuable resource for people involved in specifying and installing fire resistant and security glazing,” explained Ian Cowley, Strategic Business Development Manager, Promat. “To complement the downloadable information, there’s also a Frequently Asked Questions section that covers various areas including the benefits of different types of glasses, glass thicknesses, plus rebates and beading.”
