To mark the launch of Mitie’s new publication ’Ten ways to optimise your critical environment’, Rob Potts and Colin Goodwin from Mitie discuss striking an effective balance between mitigating the risk of IT failures, with the need to achieve efficiency improvements.

Mitie are industry leaders in critical engineering, with clients including multinational banks and media organisations. Their Resilience approach is providing fault free infrastructure for their clients, whilst helping them to reduce their operating cost.
