So Here It Is Merry Christmas - Dec 5 Construction Youth Concert

08 November 2013 | Updated 01 January 1970

The Construction Youth Trust will be its 21st Annual Christmas Concert held to support projects enabling young people into the construction industry.

It argues that it has become a ‘great’ annual construction industry event, held in the surroundings of the Carpenters Hall and that the concert offers a chance for key figures in the construction industry to get together to celebrate Christmas while also supporting the charities work.

The trust has created more learning environments throughout the UK through its Mobile Classroom programme which takes its training programmes into the heart of communities, enabling young people to come and learn more about construction without needing to travel.

The trust has also been able to open a training facility in Southwark which provides a live site on which young people can ‘have a go' at construction and gain the skills needed to get a job in the industry.

There are still tables available if you would like to attend on the 5th December.
