Workplace consultant Saracen Interiors has been awarded a further two contracts for the WYG (the global project management and technical consultancy) in Birmingham and Southampton.

The 2,700sqft  Birmingham job is an office refurbishment fast-track project which is due to be completed in less than three weeks.

The Southampton contract includes partitioning and air conditioning alterations, installation of emergency lighting and decoration in WYG’s 6,500sqft office. The latter is expected to be completed during this month with work being carried out across a number of weekends to avoid any disruption to staff.

Saracen recently started a full office fit out for WYG in Swindon covering 3,000sqft of space. This work was preceded by two jobs which finished earlier in the year and included the provision of move management and refurbishment services in Leicester and Liverpool.

“The team at Saracen consistently enables us to maintain a working environment which is always appreciated and we trust the team’s suggestions and are confident that we are in safe hands and that goes a long way to taking the stress out of any individual project,” explained Paul Green, Property Manager, WYG. “The quality of finish in the schemes completed by Saracen has been to a high standard and has significantly improved our working environments.”

Saracen’s recent clients include Coca-Cola Enterprises, CH2M, YUM Restaurants, Tata Communications, Mitie Engineering, Thames Water, North Surrey Primary Care Trust, Royal Berkshire and Battle Hospital NHS Trust.
