Radio station Pirate FM is to be prosecuted for a blatant disregard for safety signage and for generally taking the micky out of the whole health & safety thing.

The Sun and the Daily Mail would also have been up before the beak for inventing H&S stories 'that you couldn't make up' but as their top Johnnies all live in foreign tax havens, plans have been shelved.
